The app works with all document formats and lets you view or edit all types of documents with the highest compatibility level. These include Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Slide, Adobe PDF, TXT, Slide, and Spreadsheet. It also allows you to access and save to cloud storage of choice including Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Box. The converter and PDF reader is also powerful enough to let you view PDF documents on your phone, annotate and make important notes, and convert documents to PDF right on your tablet or smartphone.
Additionally, you can take a note and write your ideas on all document types as easily as you would do it on paper.
On compatibility, it is available as an iOS and Android mobile app. To install it on your handset, you require Android version 4.1 and over, or iOS 8.0 or later.
Ease of Use
I find the app relatively easy to use. One of the attributes that contribute to this is the feature that allows you to use your handwriting in taking notes. To add to this, the app also works seamlessly and without lags or crashes. However, it eats up my phone storage and comes with lots of ads. Compared to Adobe Acrobat, this one comes out as less practical.
The latest version brings along several enhancements while also addressing bug issues. For instance, it introduced a fix for the Memo edit mode for more convenient editing and a patch for the error that it has stopped working when opening a spreadsheet.
One feature that I find interesting is its simple design that is ideal for an application with numerous features. Notably, the app places all the document types in one place, so you can easily locate the file you need. The interface is also quite straightforward and favors the smart edit features.
The app is free, but you’ll need to update the app to the premium version through an in-app purchase for increased storage. These purchases fall in the $1.99 – $77.99 price range.
- It’s free to install;
- You can take notes with handwriting;
- The data and documents are safe.
- It contains ads;
- The in-app purchases may discourage users;
- Requires lots of storage space.
Compared to others in the business or productivity category, this app comes with lots of additional essential features that make it the perfect office tool. This Android and iOS app has the smallest yet powerful editing features of PDF annotation, note taking, memo, and cloud file management. Additionally, it has an all-in-one office suite. I like the features and would recommend the app.
